Kitting
Our processing capabilities include kitting assembly and promotional packaging services in temperature-controlled environments, as well as special configurations for club stores and other retailers. We have a unique ability to integrate secondary packaging operations into primary packaging. This reduces transportation and double handling costs, minimizes the risk of product damage, and allows us to quickly meet constantly changing market demands within one operation.
Blister packs are commonly paired with printed blister cards that keep the product clearly visible while also providing space for branding and product information. Using a heat-sealing process, the plastic blister and backing card are securely bonded together, creating packaging that protects the product while allowing it to be displayed in a variety of retail environments.
Our automated equipment allows us to efficiently produce blister packaging designed for lightweight products. The CTI team works closely with clients to determine the most effective packaging configuration, ensuring each blister pack provides the right balance of protection, presentation, and cost efficiency.
Shrink Wrapping

With extensive experience in kitting and product assembly, we can also build a variety of kits inline as they move through high-speed shrink wrapping equipment. Our machinery can accommodate multiple shrink-wrap film structures, allowing us to use either print-registered films or crystal-clear films depending on the needs of the product and packaging design.
