In order for the package to achieve the goal of being in the market on time we leverage our design and development efforts for manufacturing. Knowing the intent of the form and understanding the characteristics of the various materials allows us to manufacture across platforms simultaneously delivering on time and within budget. Coordinating the logistics of manufacturing folding carton, thermoformed plastic and corrugated board for a packaging program is one of the key elements in our manufacturing process.
Understanding the differences between PET, PVC and RPET for clamshells and blisters allows us to connect the proper material to the package design with consideration to sustainability. We also offer the ability to print with conventional offset technology or with our flexographic presses allowing us to print, dry and die cut elements in one continuous and swift pass. Understanding both the scope of the project and the needs and intent of the client has us considering the advantages of flood coating on a POP display, lithographic mounting or a combination when appropriate. The coordination of schedules for 3 different materials for some packaging programs is handled to maximize efficiency for delivery and less inventory concerns for all parties.
