Packaging Fulfillment Services

Our heat sealing technology can be performed on jobs small or large. The smaller four station machines are ideal for those jobs under 100k to keep your tooling cost economical. Projects of this size can be completed within 5 business days. For larger projects, we can use some of our larger eight station machines. We can seal the following types of packaging

• Specialty packaging – Natralock™, Safepak™, special coating papers, Blisterguard™

Radio Frequency - RF Sealing

RF uses radio frequency to fuse packages together. The seal is most consistent, very reliable and effective. Often used in sealing clamshells or plastic to plastic sealing but we often used it for high volume consistent sealing projects. All of our machines can do heat or RF sealing.

Fully automated capabilities ideal for many situations, our staff has the capacity to handle multiple projects 7 days a week and also offers the convenience of handling overflow project when our clients’ own fulfillment services are overloaded.

Centrally located in South Bend, Indiana, our facility offers great shipping opportunities. We’re near major shipping hubs for one of the largest transportation companies globally. Our fulfillment service is coordinated and linked to our design and manufacturing functions. Access to upcoming projects will aid to forecast well in advance to alleviate bottlenecks in inventory issues. All clients are also given access to real time inventories of their products to make sure that adequate product is on hand. We manage your packaging needs!
